I didn't see a referral code field during sign-up+

The referral code field is usually at the bottom of the sign-up form. Try scrolling down — it may be collapsed by default. On the mobile app, look for "Optional — Referral Code" near the bottom. If you used our link button, the code may already be pre-filled.

The verification email didn't arrive+

Check your spam or junk folder first. If it's not there after 2–3 minutes, use the "Resend code" option on the Bitget verification page. Make sure you entered your email correctly during sign-up.

KYC was rejected — what do I do?+

Common reasons for rejection: blurry photo, ID cut off at edges, or a selfie with poor lighting. Retake your photos in good lighting with the full ID visible and submit again. Most second attempts are approved quickly.

I signed up but forgot to enter the code+
